To provide a solution, I carried out interview to understand the challenges and frustrations people face with car trouble. I conducted User Interviews which focused on past experiences with car breakdowns, exploring:

Preferred methods they used to find help which included calling roadside assistance, online searches, recommendations.
Their desired functionalities in a mobile app solution such as location services, real-time tracking, transparent pricing.

Your needs, covered: Whether it's a quick repair, replacement parts, or a tow truck, Mobile Mechanic offers a comprehensive service selection. Choose the service that best suits your situation, all within the app.
