I was entrusted with the exciting challenge of revitalizing Bridger, an existing fintech app. My mission was twofold: to refresh the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) while simultaneously integrating valuable new features.
This project demanded a delicate balance. I needed to modernize Bridger's aesthetic, including a logo redesign, typeface selection, and a comprehensive UI overhaul, all while ensuring familiarity for existing users. This approach ensured a seamless transition and minimized user confusion.

Bridger's initial dashboard refresh took a strategic approach, drawing inspiration from leading B2B platforms in the market. This competitive analysis allowed me to identify best practices and user-friendly design elements, which I then incorporated and improved upon within Bridger's existing framework.
However, our focus has always been on user-centric development.
For every subsequent new feature, we prioritized understanding our users' needs and pain points. This involved a robust research methodology that combined different approaches:
User Interviews: We conducted in-depth conversations with Bridger users to gain a deeper understanding of their workflows, challenges, and desired functionalities.
Prototype Testing: I created low-fidelity or high-fidelity prototypes of new features, depending on the stage of development. These prototypes were then presented to users for feedback, allowing me to gather valuable insights on usability and user experience.
User Feature Requests: We actively encouraged users to suggest new features and functionalities they felt would benefit their B2B operations. This direct user input played a crucial role in shaping the roadmap for Bridger's development.
By combining competitive analysis with user research, I ensured Bridger not only kept pace with industry trends but also addressed the specific needs of our user base. This data-driven approach has been instrumental in fostering a product that is both intuitive and highly functional for B2B businesses.
